Team newbiekid works directly with suppliers tested for quality. Our supplier verification process takes into account quality fabric sourcing and ethical ways of manufacturing. Special checks are done specifically for color bleeding and shrinkage. All our products are original products of the suppliers who care as much for their produce. They also share our vision of bringing quality supply to the children. In case you find any product with color fastness and similar quality issues please let us know. This will help us improve and maintain the quality of selection on the platform. General Information We are registered in the name of newbiekid , a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE APP INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT. REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. Jollee app constitutes only an "invitation to offer". Users will be subjected to the terms and conditions while making a purchase offer on the app. Team Jollee reserves all the rights to either accept or reject your purchase offer. To process the order, a notification will be sent on your registered email id and/or phone number. The moment your offer gets confirmed, we will start shipping your orders. Users are requested to read through our terms of use and other policies in full to set the right expectations and make a well-informed purchase decision.
Account and Registration
Creating an account on the newbiekid app is the first step to shopping from our app. Users are requested to keep their account information and login credentials confidential for their data privacy. Team Jollee will not be liable to any person for any loss whether financial or non-financial arising as a result of users failing to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. In case, we find there is a breach of security, we may ask you to either change your password or may terminate your account with us without any liability to Jollee.
Pay on delivery - T&C
Now you can even avail our cash on delivery option for your orders. However, some areas might not qualify for the COD option. You can learn about the eligibility of your area for COD option by dropping us your query via Whatsapp text on our 9539564833. Note: COD option can be uplifted anytime in the future. We have the full rights to revert, nullify or introduce new terms and conditions at any point to our COD feature. In case of any dispute, BOJ’s decision would be considered full and final.
Rewards / Loyalty Points Policy
Our rewards/loyalty points policy is subject to constant modifications. All Users accessing newbiekid Rewards shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by our Rewards T&Cs. newbiekid awards each user with loyalty points for each time they shop on the newbiekid app. The coins awarded to each user for each transaction are at the sole discretion of newbiekid. newbiekid is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any Reward Promotion. An independent tax advice should be obtained by the User before entering any Reward Promotion.Loyalty Points can only be redeemed against a new order. Encashment of loyalty points is not allowed. Loyalty points received against orders that are later cancelled will be reversed from the current total of loyalty points accumulated. In the case of partial cancellation of orders, only partial loyalty points will be reversed.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping at most locations for orders above INR 599.However, a nominal delivery charge of INR 59 will be levied on all orders below INR 599.
Shipment Initiation Time
Your orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement.
Refund of Shipping Charges
Our delivery charges are not subject to reimbursement along with the order value in full if you opt to cancel or return your order.
International Shipping
Currently, we are only delivering PAN India and not to locations based out of India.
Convenience Charges
We do not levy convenience charges at the moment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our ideal delivery time is a maximum of 8 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We aim to speed up our delivery time and enhance your shopping experience with us, however, there might be a chance ofunexpected delays in your order delivery due to reasons beyond our control for which newbiekid is not responsible and would request its users to cooperate while we try to figure out the best possible resolution.
