Our Returns Policy and how does it work? Not Satisfied? No big deal, our Returns Policy is as effortless as a Sunday Morning! Newbiekid is here to make your Returns hassle-free. You just need to ensure a few things and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • The return request for an order needs to be placed within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of its delivery.
  • The product needs to be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers will have to take adequate measures to ensure the product is unused and free from any damage.
  • Each of our products are shipped with tags. Preserving tags on a product is important for initiating a successful return request.
  • You will also need to return free product/s (if any) received along with the product/s you wish to return.
  • Intimate products like diapers and underwears are not eligible for returns. Please make sure to order the right size and read through the product details before making a purchase in case of such orders.
  • Please ensure that products like toys with unopened packing are the ones you can request a return for. Products with brokenseals will not qualify for returns.
  • Returns for products are ineligible where their warranty card is missing.

We also let you opt for partial/whole returns of product/s in case of bundle shopping.

Refunds Policy
Our refunds policy is simple. You pay only for what you keep and get the refund for returns in case you don’t wish to opt for a product exchange against product returns. You can expect the refund process to get initiated as soon as the returned product qualifies our mandatoryquality checks and other verification rounds. To know more refer to our below-provided refunds policy guidelines:
  • Refunds are only eligible for products that qualify our return policy requirements and are successfully picked up for further verification.
  • The process of refunds gets initiated after the return process is successfully completed.
  • For authentication purposes, you will be required to provide aone-time password received on your registered email address andphone number to initiate a return and refund request on your order/s.
  • Charges levied on services like shipping and cash on delivery for product returns are not eligible for refunds.
  • Your refund amount against a product return will be sent back to the same bank account with which you have made the payment against the order in question.
  • Payments made through wallet gateways like Mobikwik, CashKaro, Paytm, etc., the amount shall be refunded to your original mode of payment. However, you can make alterations to this option and get a refund in your choice of bank account.
  • In case of COD, you can get the amount refunded to your choice of bank account. All you have to do is add your bank details and relax while our back-end team does the needful.
  • Refunds might take around 5 to 7 business days from the date of successful completion of our return process.
